Sauna Benefits

Sauna therapy has long been valued for its ability to promote relaxation and overall wellness. Regular sauna sessions help to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. The gentle heat encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and can even boost cardiovascular health. Many people find that sauna use leaves them feeling refreshed, calm, and rejuvenated.

Ice Bath Benefits

Cold therapy, such as ice baths, is increasingly popular for its powerful effects on recovery and vitality. Immersing in cold water helps to reduce inflammation, soothe sore muscles, and accelerate recovery after exercise. Cold exposure can also invigorate the mind, increase alertness, and support immune function. Many users report feeling energized and uplifted after a cold therapy session, making it a great complement to sauna use.

  • It is our policy that within 12 hours all of our bookings are final. As we would be unlikely to fill the slots left by last minute cancellations and rescheduling of appointments we have to stick to this policy. All appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge outside of this 12-hour window

  • Please come equipped with your swimsuit and a towel to sit on during your time in the sauna. We also highly recommend bringing a water bottle. There is a drinking water facility on site.

  • Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
